“To cease smoking is the easiest thing I ever did. I ought to know because I’ve done it a thousand times.” ~ Mark Twain
This will be the year I follow my passions and do the work I love. Yep, this year.
Earl Nightingale, author of the wildly popular and powerful "The Strangest Secret" audio that began self-help tape fad, said "You become what you think about." I would add "and act on".
Faith is belief in action. At the moment of truth when you put faith into work, you'd better be sure that your "action muscles" are ready for the work. Discovering and pursuing your dream job requires effective, determined, definable, daily actions to:
- Know yourself
- Balance your life
- Identify work that fits you
- Work your plan
Paul coached Timothy, “Exercise daily in God—no spiritual flabbiness, please!” (1 Timothy 4:7 MSG) When you become determined and disciplined about discovering your life's work, you'll discover life's strangest secret.
